Setup paid in full at checkout. The $499/mo starts when your texting goes live, or earlier if you choose to go live with email only.
1 location, texting on your business’s own carrier registration (email replies until it’s approved)

Usage: Fair use: up to 1,500 SMS segments/mo (in + out, about 1,000 texts) and 300 forwarded call minutes/mo included. Texting usage above the cap is passed through at cost, no markup, billed monthly in arrears.
Not included: Everything in the Custom column, high ongoing SMS volume, custom builds or messages beyond templates, texting from the business’s existing number or porting, website changes, message refreshes: all “quoted on a call”.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Pay by card or bank transfer (ACH), and tick the box to agree to the Starter Order Form before you pay.

What happens after I pay?
You’ll land on a welcome page where you can book your kickoff call (45–60 minutes). Stripe emails your receipt. We’ll email you a welcome note and, in a separate message, your login invitation to your private onboarding pages. We start building once your payment shows as confirmed.
Can I pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card?
Yes, checkout accepts both. Bank transfers (ACH) can take up to 4 business days to confirm. Card payments confirm right away. You can book your kickoff in the meantime, and we start work once the payment confirms.
When does monthly billing start?
When your texting goes live, or earlier if you choose to go live with email replies, booking links and missed-call alerts only (for example, while carrier approval is pending). Nothing monthly is charged before then.
Is there a contract?
There’s a 3-month minimum from go-live, then it’s month-to-month. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.
How long does carrier approval take?
We start with email follow-up right away and add texting once your business’s carrier registration is approved. That’s outside our control, so we don’t promise a date; you go live on time with instant email replies, booking and missed-call alerts. If you go live with email only first, your monthly billing starts on that earlier go-live date.
