Services

Run your business, not your phone.

Inquiries get answered, followed up, and booked without you chasing every one. We set it up, run it, and keep it working, so more inquiries turn into booked work and less of it lands on you.

What we set up, by what it does for you

More leads turned into jobs

Every call, text, and form gets a quick reply and a clear next step. For example, a caller you couldn’t get to gets a text back with a booking link, and a website inquiry gets an instant text and email reply. Then come automatic follow-ups. With a custom quote: automatic follow-ups over several days (texts only to customers who opted in or replied; email otherwise) until they book, reply, or opt out. Add-ons available by custom quote: review requests after a finished job, and win-back campaigns to past customers who are due.

Time back in your week

No more chasing quotes or playing phone tag. Every reply includes an online booking link, so customers book themselves, and follow-ups run without you. You approve the wording once, and the hours you used to spend on the phone go back to the work or your family.

A business that runs smoother

Every inquiry lands in one simple tracker that we set up, instead of scattered across phones, inboxes, and sticky notes. With a custom quote, leads and bookings can sync with your scheduling or job software, where your software allows; quoted if custom.

(For example, the scheduling or CRM software you already use.)

Less to keep track of

No “did anyone call them back?” Your team gets a simple alert when something needs a person, and the rest is handled. Custom quotes can add AI reply sorting. Here’s how it will work: AI sorts customer replies and flags who needs a call back from you.

Written for your kind of business

Every message fits your kind of business, and you approve the wording before anything goes live. A plumbing customer and a salon client need different things, so the messages don’t read the same.

  • HVAC, plumbing, and electrical: invites the customer to reply with what’s going on and where, or book a visit.
  • Salons and spas: a quick, friendly reply with a link to book an open time.
  • Cleaners and landscapers: invites them to reply with the address and the kind of job, or book an estimate.
  • Auto shops (repair, collision, tint, PPF, wrap, and detail): invites the customer to reply with their vehicle and what they need.

How it works: from kickoff to go-live

  1. Kickoff (days 1–2): a 45–60 min kickoff call. You give us access and fill in a few private onboarding pages on our site. We start with email follow-up right away and submit your business’s texting registration to the phone carriers; texting turns on once it’s approved, which is outside our control.
  2. Plan (week 1): we map how calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings will flow and draft every message. We go over it with you on a 30–45 min call, and you approve the wording in writing.
  3. Build (week 2): we build and test everything. You need only a 10-minute call to connect your email. Any custom-quoted extras, like software sync or add-ons, start here. A sync may run past Day 30 if the software vendor is slow to give access.
  4. Test and soft launch (week 3): you test it yourself (45 min), plus a 15-minute check-in, and sign off on the test. Once carriers approve, we switch it on during business hours and personally review every message.
  5. Go live (week 4): after-hours coverage and the full follow-up schedule (where included) turn on, and monthly billing starts. Your team gets a 30-minute training and a one-page guide. At the Day-30 review we compare results against your own “before” numbers.

We start with email follow-up right away and add texting once your business’s carrier registration is approved. That approval is outside our control, so we don’t promise a date; you go live with email replies, booking, and missed-call alerts.

You stay in control

  • The system never quotes prices or diagnoses a problem. A person handles those.
  • You approve the wording of every message before it goes live.
  • Anyone can reply STOP and they’re never texted again.
  • Follow-ups stop when the customer books, replies, or opts out.

See it work

Try the Interactive Demo: AI Lead-Recovery System. You play a customer calling a fictional home-services business. Nobody picks up, a text comes back within seconds, it asks a quick question, gets you booked, and the owner gets an alert. Demo only: the business, people, and phone numbers are fictional, and no real appointment is made. The quick question shows how AI qualifying will work; that part isn’t live yet.

Services FAQ

Is this an AI receptionist?

Not the kind that answers the phone. When you miss a call, the caller gets a friendly text back with a way to book, and web inquiries get an instant text and email reply. With a custom quote, here’s how AI reply sorting will work: AI sorts customer replies and flags who needs a call back from you. Your people still make the calls and handle pricing.

Does it work after hours and on weekends?

Yes, as one example of what it covers: a missed caller gets a text day or night. Full coverage, including after hours, turns on at go-live in week 4.

Will it work with my scheduling or job software?

Every lead is logged in a simple tracker that we set up, with alerts to your team. Syncing with your own scheduling or job software is available by custom quote, where your software allows; quoted if custom.

Where do the texts come from?

Texting runs on your business’s own carrier registration. Until that’s approved, replies go by email; we add texting once your registration clears. Exit terms are set in your agreement.

Is texting customers like this allowed?

Texting rules apply, so we register your texting with the phone carriers (approval is outside our control, so we don’t promise a date), every message includes opt-out instructions, and anyone who replies STOP is never texted again. Follow-up texts go only to customers who opted in or replied; everyone else gets email. See our SMS terms.
