San Diego Automations Inquiry Texts
Program description
San Diego Automations sends text messages only to people who submit a form on sandiegoautomations.com and check the optional SMS consent box. Messages are about your own inquiry: replies, answers to your questions, a link to book a call, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and up to two follow-ups about that same request. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program. Every message identifies San Diego Automations.
How you opt in
On our Get started form, below the phone number field, there is an optional SMS consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Next to the checkbox is this text: “Yes, text me about my inquiry from San Diego Automations, including replies, booking confirmations, and appointment reminders. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” with links to our Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms. Only people who check the box receive text messages; everyone else is contacted by email only. We do not collect consent by text message, and we never buy or import phone numbers.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE). After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation text and no further texts from this program. You can also opt out by emailing jake@sandiegoautomations.com. To start receiving texts again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy anything from us or use our services.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
